Asthma is on the rise in many parts of the world. There are many reasons for this, but air quality in developed nations is one cause. There are many toxins in the air and water that get into our bodies and our lungs that are NOT caused by allergies, but simply by having a toxic overload and sensitive lungs. Lack of access to good food and water is another. Without proper nourishment, the body cannot easily remove toxins and heavy metals.
After extensive testing, I discovered that a combination of heavy metals, toxins, pathogens and
poor digestion, were causing asthma and other seemingly unrelated symptoms. Removing these unwanted invaders from my body and improving my digestion, all helped to support a big turn-around in my health.
I cannot control what is in the air, but I can make sure that I’m living in a relatively “clean” environment, and take precautions when I know I’m going into a different environment that may
have toxins, pollens, molds, new carpets or other unknown elements that may affect breathing.
Here is what I recommend to my clients:
*Use a face mask that filters the air (not just covers your nose)
when exposed to smoke, a new environment, or on an airplane
*Drink flax seed tea, to reduce inflammation and help remove toxins and allergens
*Reduce stress by drinking Tulsi Tea
*Practice deep breathing to open up more lung capacity
*Get a chiropractic adjustment before traveling, if possible.
This can improve the way all body parts work together, including lungs and breathing.
*Release worry and ENJOY life! Meditation can help with this.
