Struggling with asthma is no fun. BUT there are some things you can do to lift that elephant off your chest. One of them is to eat like an elephant. Really, elephants eat leaves, grass and fruit (well, and branches, too). Ok, so I don’t recommend eating branches, but eating leafy greens of all kinds, fiber, fruits, veggies and hulled seeds, plus your choice of protein—not a bad idea.
I’m in the process of finishing a book called “How to Move an Elephant: Simple Strategies to Lift the Weight of Asthma off Your Chest.” It’s the story of how I turned my asthma around, in the ten months since moving to Albuquerque, NM. So if you have asthma, I’m sure you will find some valuable strategies and information to inspire you and lift you on your journey to vibrant health. I’m offering the books at a discounted price until December 31. I’m giving 25% off if you pre-order before January 1, 2017. Go to my Book Page and click on the link to request your very own copy.
